*spring cleans blog*

*sweep sweep*

*dust dust*

yes my dearies. im still alive! hahaha... its been a very long time since ive blogged... yes. there's practically no time at all! until now... *breather*

came back from malacca! the trip was really fun. all the walking, eating, sketching, photographing were the best stuff that an archi student can do in malacca! in the trip i guess i probably truely bonded with my studio group people and appreciated malacca from a very different point of view.

a quick gist of malacca: malacca is singapore about a decade ago. the lifestyle, spirit of the place and atmosphere are in the process of being singaporefied, i.e: upgrading, renovation, demolished etc etc. so we basically "time travelled" to see what happened to singapore. theres the need to conserve and maintain the lifestyle. because in the end, we are SEA architects. we should perserve and promote SEA culture and stop copying european architecture.

yeps. hope my tutor wont chance on my blog and realised i crapped through a paragraph about malacca. haha!

archi is really demanding. theres no short cuts so you HAVE to slog through the whole thing. but im glad my tutor is a self proclaimed "non conformist" and as long as we put our effort and heart in our work we wont get slaughtered by him. and also pray you dont get bitchy girls in your studio group.

hmm lets see what else is there to say? oh ya i spend mondays tuesdays wednesdays and thursdays in the studio working non stop so basically my bed is untouched until thursday and friday nights. zzzzz. i have 3 homes now then.

joan has left for london. I MISS HER!!!!!!! but shes got her internet setup in london already! *muacks* joan take cares!!!

astri sent me a mail frm USA! im so touched!!! thanks girl *huggies* but then i havent got the chance to go home to look at it :(

5 WORDS NEVER TO SAY IN FRONT OF AN ARCHITECTURE STUDENT:

1. sleep
2. tired
3. columns
4. plan
5. elevation
