WEIGHT
i know ive embarked on countless pathetic dieting/exercise (or both) plans. which, as you all know, never once worked.

but this time its different, really!

i lost 5KG!

or somewhere around there.

diet plan:

breakfast
a slice of bread. with milo. NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST.

lunch
work your way through lunch time. don't give yourself a chance to think about food. if you want, bring along a piece of bread. and your mp3 player. top it off with water to trick your stomach into accepting a lousy bread as your LUNCH.

halfway...
no finger food!

dinner
go and run before eating! run as far as you can! circuit, trails, whatever rocks your boat. just make sure you still have the energy to run back home, also make sure the weather doesnt make you feel as if you're doing a Thimithi. after running, come back, cool down, drink loads of water before taking dinner. when it comes to carbs, eat abt a scoop of rice. no more than that! eat loads of veggie! lean meat is really fine too! REMOVE ALL FATS. skin is a no go too!

night
force yourself to shit. shitting is therapeutic. it makes u feel that YES I HAVE LOST UNWANTED TOXICS! FAT IS LEAVING MY BODY! if you dont, try ways to make yourself shit. sit on the toilet bowl, switch on your computer (yes this DOES make me feel like shitting) if you still cant, remember to eat a banana.
