i propose that singapore alter the laws.

1.underage sex should be at 13.

2.rape should be valid only when the whole process is recorded in VHS tapes.

3.contraception should be banned like chewing gums.

4.abortion should be a crime. no choice.

5.female citizens must attend annual fetility checkups and those who fail to do so will be jailed until the next checkup. those who fail the test will also be jailed until the president's pardon is received.

6.female citizens must have at least 3 children in their lifetime. those who fail to do so will be sentenced to life imprisonment while forced to have sex in jail until they are pregnant. or they will receive 24 strokes of the cane or both.

7.R(A) movies that contain sex should be re-rated as G.

money will no longer be an issue since it doesnt attract enough couples to have children. if the proposed is passed and if it keeps up, i say in around 5 years time we'll cease to be an aging society.
